Service Fees
We know that cost uncertainty can add stress. We aim to be transparent about fees so you can make informed choices and avoid surprises.

Professional rate:
$225/hour (billed in 15-minute increments) for all services.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE):
For assessments, a GFE will be provided by your clinician after the intake interview and development of an assessment plan.

Receipts provided:
For insurance reimbursement and tax preparation.

Direct billing:
Available for many insurance providers!
Insurance Coverage
Psychological services are not covered by Medicare, but many extended health plans reimburse some services provided by a Licensed Psychologist. Coverage varies widely by plan and may include limits or exclusions for assessment-related services.
Before your first appointment, we recommend confirming with your insurance company:
- Whether psychological assessment services are eligible
- Your annual maximum and reimbursement percentage
- Whether pre-approval is required
- What documentation is needed (receipt, report, etc.)
Direct Billing
Direct billing may be available to some insurers as a courtesy, depending on eligibility and current system availability.
We currently offer direct billing to:

- Simply Benefits
- Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan

Payment Timing & Methods
- Assessment fees are paid in installments throughout the assessment process, so the work can proceed steadily from intake through feedback session.
- Payment methods may include credit card, e-transfer, or cheque.
- Additional details will be provided in the payment policy form, or feel free to contact us with any questions.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Because assessment appointments are reserved specifically for you and often involve preparation in advance, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointment: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
We understand that illness and unexpected situations happen. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.
